Do I need to provide identification for notarization?

Yes, every signatory must present valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of notarization. This is to verify the identity of all parties signing the document.

How much do you charge for notarization?

Our notarization fees are in accordance with state-regulated maximums and vary based on the type of notarization and the distance traveled.

Can you notarize a document in a language other than English?

While I am not a certified translator, I can notarize documents in a foreign language as long as the notarial certificate itself is in English, and all signatories understand the nature of the transaction and are able to communicate in English regarding the transaction.
