  • What types of documents do you notarize?
    We notarize a wide range of documents, including but not limited to wills, trusts, deeds, contracts, affidavits, power of attorney forms, marriage licenses, adoption papers, immigration documents, and loan signings.
  • What is a traveling notary?
    A traveling notary, also known as a mobile notary, is a certified notary public who travels to various locations to perform legal notarizations. This service is designed for convenience, allowing clients to have documents notarized at their own homes, offices, or any other preferred meeting places.
  • Do I need to provide identification for notarization?
    Yes, every signatory must present valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of notarization. This is to verify the identity of all parties signing the document.
  • How much do you charge for notarization?
    Our notarization fees are in accordance with state-regulated maximums and vary based on the type of notarization and the distance traveled. $6.00 per signature Notary Witnessing $15.00 (If you need a witness provided) $6.00 Acknowledgments and Jurats, Proofs of Execution; Certifying a copy of a POA, Filling out immigration forms if qualified plus signature charges etc... $6.00 Deposition plus .50 cents per 100 words, the oath and $7 for the certificate $.50/ per page Black/white and $.65/ per page Color
  • Can you notarize a document in a language other than English?
    While I am not a certified translator, I can notarize documents in a foreign language as long as the notarial certificate itself is in English, and all signatories understand the nature of the transaction and are able to communicate in English regarding the transaction.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate our clients' needs. Operating Hours: Monday to Thursday: 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM Friday: 3:00 PM - 7:30 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
    We understand that plans can change. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can do so by contacting us through our provided contact information
  • How should I prepare for a notary appointment?
    Ensure that all documents to be notarized are complete and ready for signature, except for the signature itself, which must be done in the presence of the notary. Also, make sure you have valid identification and any other parties required to sign are present or have made arrangements according to the document's requirements.
  • Can you provide legal advice or help me prepare my documents?
    As a notary public, I am not authorized to provide legal advice or assist in document preparation. My role is to witness signings and verify the identity of the signatories.
  • How can I arrange for a notary service at my location?
    You can schedule a mobile notary service by booking online through our website, calling us, or sending an email with your preferred date, time, and location.
  • Is my information kept confidential?
    Absolutely. Your privacy is of the utmost importance, and we adhere to HIPAA laws and best practices for confidentiality to ensure your information is protected.
